An occasional lorazepam will not harm your baby. You should ask your doc to test you for other conditions that can mimic panic attacks, however -- your blood pressure should be monitored, as well as tests to make sure your thyroid is not overactive.

Also, I suggest seeing a counselor or psychologist to hlep you learn some relaxation techniques that can hlep with panic attacks.
