Re: how many weeks pregnant am i?

You count #weeks from the first day of your last menstrual period. So if, for example, you have a perfect 28 day cycle, and you are now 1 week late, you would be 5 weeks pregnant (28 + 7 = 5 weeks since your Last Menstrual Period (LMP)). The average pregnancy is supposed to last approximately 40 weeks, give or take a couple of weeks. Hope this helps!
