Hi, I'm Lily. This week, I'm at my 7th weeks of pregnancy. Bleeding has not stopped completely but is getting much lesser. Only a bit of spotting but still getting rather worried. These few days, I have been feeling very dizzy in the afternoon. The dizziness gets better after I had some hot drink. What is causing the dizziness. Could it be an added sign of miscarriage? My spotting gets better these 2 days but previous days I had some blood clots although not very severe. I'm going to my doctor tomorrow for antoher scan. Hope the heartbeat is still around. God bless. Thank you for all your previous information. I greatly appreciate it. Best wishes.
