Increasing blood pressure?

I am 15 weeks pregnant, so far everything has been great. However, at my routine visit last week, my blood pressure was about 130/80. I know this is not considered high (according to the american heart association), but this is the highest reading I've ever had, including when I was pg with my daughter. In fact, earlier this summer when I was hospitalized for gallstones, it was around 100/35 at one point! Normally I'm around 95-110/55-65. Just wanted to make sure this increase is ok. I am under a lot of stress, and want to make sure I am not harming myself or my baby.
