Dr. Marchbein,

I have been having a sweet taste in my mouth for about a week now whenever I'm not eating. I can't associate it to anything, food/medicine/illness/ environmental. This isn't a sign of gestational diabetes, is it? Do you know what it could be, and is it a reason to contact my dr. before my scheduled appointment in a week and a half?
