Is all this position changing normal this late in pregnancy?

If baby is in fact 8.2 HOW is he finding the room to do this?

Is a c-section appropriate ASAP?

Reading archives, it seems breech may indicate some nerological or other problem with baby. Is that for babies who are breech the ENTIRE pregnancy (this one has been head down for SOME period of time so clearly he is capable of finding the exit) Could this mean I really WAS exposed to CMV and should now worry about that too?

Finally, could my blood sugars cause any problem with the c-section?
