Its my understanding that after 28 weeks, you should feel some movement every day, though I have also heard that at your stage of pregnancy, its getting pretty cramped in there and not as easy to move around, therefore, the movements can be more subtle.

Still, if its been more than 24 hours, you should call your health care provider and let them know. Chances are they will want you to come in so they can hear the heartbeat.
