You have pretty well described the majority of the symptoms of first trimester pregnancy here. Having the symptoms and being pregnant are not 100% correlated though. You can be pregnant with no symptoms and you can have all the symptoms with no pregnancy.Only finding a baby in the uterus is 100% accurate.
