1st Trimester symptoms

I have a question about first trimester symptoms. Now i do realize that the main symptom is no period. But what are the other symptoms? i've asked around to my friends, my mom, looked it up on ever website i could ever find, but alas there was no straight foward information.

I will also inform you that i have not had my period for 1 cycle, i have very tender breasts, i've become quite emotional, im constantly tired, have slight back pains, i am going to take a home pregnancy test soon. within the next few days, but from this very slight description, does this sound like a pregnancy? Or is my body faking me out?
