Pleural effusion in fetal ultrasound

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this condition. I am almost 23 weeks pg and at 20 week ultrasound, a very very small pleural effusion was found on the right side. My dr's did an amnio and blood work up and all tests came back okay. Today I had another ultrasound and there is no change. It is not any larger, but still there. Everything else looks good. Can anyone tell me if this is something that may just go away? My dr's are much less concerned now after all test results came back okay. I don't know what to think. I am shceduled for another u/s in 4 weeks. Any info would be appreciated!
