Genetic Testing on the foetus after miscarriage. Please help!

I just had a miscarriage (9 weeks pregnant). I froze the clots. The hospital (stanford hospital) says that they cannot do genetic testing on frozen matter. It can only be done on clots kept in the ice box, not the freezer. Is there ANY CHANCE AT ALL to perform a successfull testing on the frozen material? If so, who can do it or/and where can we go? We really need to know the reason of the miscarriage (my second one in 6 months). Thank you.
