Does advent of PMS mean that all is lost for this cycle?

If you get your usual PMS symptoms, does that rule out conception? I always assumed that a "pregnant" cycle would seem a lot different from one's normal cycles. Is this true?

Everything about my cycles is predictable, 28 days, ovulate on day 14, the same premenstrual symptoms every month, without fail: sore breasts, bad mood, headache, dizziness/nausea, and feeling hot all the time. And every month without fail it seems, I am also not pregnant. I've been ttc for about half a year.

I am about 10dpo now, and sure enough, the PMS started again about 3 days ago. Should I just forget about getting my hopes up that I've conceived this month and just move on? I'd be grateful for an answer. Thanks.
