Deanna, The position of your uterus has nothing to do with your ability to conceive and the nurse that told you that should be doing rectal exams above the artic circle. Also, do not try any exercise to "change" the position of your uterus cause it won't work. A third of women have a uterus tipped anteriorly, a third of women have a uterus in mid-position and a third of women have uterus tipped posteriorly. Don't worry about it... Lynn
