Besides pregnancy, the only real ultimate way to determine ovulation is to do a "folliculogram". This is when ultrasounds are performed daily, beginning at about day 12-13 of a cycle, watching the follicle develop. The follicle should get to around 2 cm, then disappear. The day it has disappeared signals that ovulation has occured... Lynn
