Katherine, Once the bleeding subsides from a loss, either my natural means of D&C (which usually occurs within 10 days either way) then you can become sexually active again. There is no need to wait following a loss, regardless of the way in which the loss was completed. As a matter of fact, there is an increase fertility rate in the three months following a loss... Lynn
