hello I am currently 8.5 weeks pregnant. I have had slightly sore breasts and nausea from about week 5. However, for the last few days my breasts have become very tingly and very sore especially in the early evening.

Why would this happen in the early evening?

I also have evening sickness which is nausea and I have vommited once a night for the last three nights.

Are all these things good signs of the health of the pregnancy?

I had an u/s last week good heartbeat (over 140 bpm) and live fetus seen (due to conceiving right after m/c) and will not have another until next week, so would welcome any info and reassurance.
