Michelle! Sorry you're not getting much help from your Doctor's office. I knew I was miscarrying because I began to bleed both times. It started as minor brown spotting which I was told could mean nothing but a day later I started cramping really badly and began to bleed like a really heavy period. I didn't need a D&C for either since I miscarried naturally. If you have any cramping and bleeding then that would be a sign. There is a possibility that your pregnancy is just getting a slow start but you really won't know anything until after your next HCG test on Friday. Good luck to you! Julie
