Not a doctor, but I respectfully disagree. If your temps continue to remain above 98.0, I would suggest that your temp rise followed the 97.7 temp, (with coverline established at 97.8) and the earlier 98.2 temp in your cycle is an aberration. Besides which, it doesn't even fall in the "previous 6 temperatures" rule, and the sustained rise (.2 above coverline) is enough to establish temp rise by every source I seen regarding bbts.
