I am 21 weeks pg and for the past week or two I feel achy-like menstrual aches in my pelvic area (not cramps) that are on and off. Tylenol helps. Is this normal? I know menstrual like cramping is a sign of PTL-I know I am not cramping, but is this the same thing? Also, when I rolled from my side to my back in bed this AM, I felt a sharp pain in my side. Is this what they call round ligament pain? Thanks.
