We are preg with twins. One of the babies has a "White speckle" on the wall of the heart. The Dr. said that this is possible sign of Downs, all other tests limbs, eye sockets, no excess skin around the neck, etc. This is the only symptom that the doc wanted to tell us about. He feels the chance of Downs is small, greater chance of problem with Amnio. Can anyone put my mind at ease? AFP was negative, but doc said not a great indicator.
