I have been having false labor for weeks now and thought I was actually in real labor last night. Unfortunately, I think that a build up of gas with possibly some constipation was causing the contractions to be severely painful. I have been able to release some of the gas and it helps for a while but then it builds back up. It hurts to almost move. Is there anything that I can do to help get rid of the gas? I am really miserable now.
