Hi. I had a c-section 2 weeks ago, which seemed to be healing very well. The pain had been going away, and I was starting to feel "normal" again. All of a sudden, the middle portion of the scar is bright pink above and below the incision, swollen, and it hurts again. I do not have a fever, and my lochia is still dark red/brown (although I have read that it is supposed to smell like fresh blood, and it is kind of foul-smelling).

Could my incision be infected? Thank you in advance for your response!
