Solutions for Morning Sickness~Questions...

Hello...

I don't come over here often, but do spend most of my time on this network on the WHF and YWHF.

A very dear friend of mine is pregnant again. She had terrible ALL DAY sickness with her last pregnancy, and this one seems to be following suit.

I told her to check with her Doc about taking a small dose of Phenergan (12.5mg) to ease the nausea and vomiting. She said her Dr. won't even allow her to have coke syrup!

Are Coke Syrup and Phenergan bad for the fetus? I know of a few women that had intractable nausea and vomiting for the entire nine months, and the Dr. allowed Phenergan at 12.5mg every four to six hours.

Thanks for your help!!!
