I can't tell from this if the FL and HL are short enough to increase the risk of Down's to 5% or not Usually one sees this reported as the FL/AC ratio or the FL/HC ratio and then a normal range is given for that. If it is out of the normal range then the risk of DOwn's is 5% So this needs to be interpreted and all the options explained ot you and it is best if all this is done before 20 weeks.
