I'm not a doctor, but from what I know about new "drugs" such as Vaniqa there are no studies to support an opinion on the topic. Therefore, your doctor will probably tell you to refrain from using it until your pregnancy is over with. In many cases it takes years for drugs to be classified as to whether or not they are harmful during pregnancy.
