cooked sushi prepared by same chef who prepares raw sushi

I know sushi (raw fish) should be avoided when pregnant, but according to the archives, cooked items (california roll, eel, cooked shrimp, etc.) are considered fine. Sushi chefs generally prepare both cooked AND raw items, and I am wondering if the risk would thus still exist even for cooked items, i.e., could handling the raw fish pass parasites/bacteria to a cooked item that was handled by the same person? Yes, this is a nit-picky question, but I LOVE sushi and am hoping I can safely eat at least the cooked items in the next nine months!
