Thanks, I tried that and it didn't help at all...I forgot to mention my
Dr already suggested that. I saw the DR today and the baby is doing
absolutely fine, just not me. She told me I was almost 4 dialated and
70% effaced...but I completely forgot to ask her what effacement was...I
am a zombie most days now.
