ultrasound measurements

I had an us scan last week at 6 weeks 5 days. They did a trans abdo and measured a live fetus as being around 6 weeks, measuring approx 4.3 mm and having a hr of approx 140bpm.

I have looked on the internet and the measurement of 4mm is for around 6 weeks..does the fact that the measurement was transabdo, mean that it was less accurate ? What I mean is was the baby bigger but appeared smaller as it was an abdo scan?

should I be worried, as the tech said it was a rough measurement and all looked well? I had a further us two days later as I was neurotic and the tech said that the baby seemed a little bigger.

they are doing a dating scan in two weeks.
