I had an u/s today (day 3) and there were two 14mm follicles remaining from my last cycle. My E2 was 79 (the nurse said that was high, but I thought below 100 was okay). The doctor wants me to return tomorrow for another E2 to see if I can use the Pergonal/Clomid this cycle. This was my 3rd cycle of meds and the first time I've had this occur. Why does this happen? Does the body just absorb them if they don't rupture. Is this an indication that something went wrong? Thank you!
