in light of the recent situation, if we are exposed to a bioterrorist attack with small pox, how are pregnant women going to deal with this situation? since the small pox vaccine is considered category X in pregnant women, won't this compromise all pregnant women? are there other alternatives? if we all need to get vaccinated, won't there be a rise in defects due to this vaccination?
