I am on Prozac for depression (not pregnant yet). The last time I was pregnant I was not on any antidepressants and my depression became quite a problem. Are there any safe antidepressants that can be given during pregnancy? We are planning on trying to conceive in the near future. I don't want to take anything that would harm the baby, but the last time I was pregnant I had such a difficult time. Thank you.
