Date of conception is about 2 weeks after your last menstural period, so you are correct. Your ultrasound at 10 weeks is fairly accurate, and if it is within 7 days of your LMP one would not change your due date. Your conception date will be better based on your LMP, if you have regular cycles, and by ultrasound if you do not.
