CIPRO and pregnancy

I recently had a still birth baby after 37 weeks of pregnancy. The baby had downs syndrome. The baby was doing great until the 34th week when I had a urinary tract infection (good movement and 50% in growth. No known heart defects with 2 Echocardiograms).

After the 34th week, my doctor prescribed CIPRO to me to clear up the infection. The next ultrasound at 36 weeks showed the growth had stopped. My doctor and I did BPPs after that to monitor the baby, but she still passed away. Could the CIPRO combined with the Downs Syndrome have caused the still birth? What should they look at in the autospy to determine if this is so? Any information on CIPRO, pregnancies and downs syndrome would be appreciated.

Thanks.
