Re: one-side twinges early in cycle before ovulation twinges

One cycle where I felt twinges on my left side, my RE confirmed by ultrasound that I actually ovulated on the right side. He said that left side twinges are often bowel or intestine related (and that this tends to occur near ovulation). Just an idea.
