Hi, my first trimester I gained 10 lbs. I am 24 weeks now and have gained 22 lbs, which is a little over where I want to be. Make sure your eating the right food and see an ob-gyn. I have also gained weight in my hips and butt, my stomach is showing but people still can't tell I am pregnant. My pregregnancy weight 135- now 157. My ob is not concerned right now.
