I am not a doctor and don't know anything about dermoid tumors. However, in answer to your question if you can get pregnant with only one ovary the answer is yes. My sister-in-law had an ovary and fallopian tube removed due to an ectopic pregnancy, and conceived the following year. Her healthy son is now 4 months old.
