Have I miscarried or am i >going to or what? Patricia In general, a progesterone of less than 5 is a very ominous finding. At less than 5 weeks, only a sac is seen. At 6 weeks, sac and yolk sac and often fetal pole. At 7 weeks, all the above plus fetal heart motion.
