I try not to draw too many conclusions from my temps, using them just to see that I've ovulated. I've seen my temps get high like yours on several cycles, and have been really disappointed that AF comes despite the higher temps. Good luck though. I just wanted to warn you not to get your hopes up too high; the disappointment is always frustrating for me.
