Sorry to be a bother, but I am having a good amount of pain about two hands width lower than the middle of the shoulderblades with random cx. Could this be back labor?

Is back labor only associated with lower back pain well below the belly button?

Is it timeable? I know to time the contractions, but should I be timing the back pain too?
