I am not a doctor, nor an expert, but I did ask my dentist (who is also my cousin, and who's wife is pregnant with their fourth child) if I could continue to use the Brite White bleeching stuff he gave me...sounds like yours, tray, gel, wear to bed...and he said it is not a good idea. He said that you swallow that stuff throughout the night and the gel contains chemicals that probably aren't very safe for a developing embryo/fetus. He did say that Crest puts out bleeching strips that are probably okay.

I, personally, chose to abstain from all the bleeching stuff and since I gave up coffee, my teeth aren't too bad!

Good luck!
