Victoria, I know there are some things pregnant ladies aren't supposed to use even in moderate quantities, although I don't know what they are so I won't address that, but the alcohol in cooking wine cooks off when you heat it up, so it should be safe. I will say though, that I also have more spices and herbs than I know what to do with, and haven't had any problems with my pregnancy at all (well, related to seasoning use, anyway :) )
