Deej Deej, These types of opinions are tough because I am not there. There is no "PIH test". Preeclampsia is diagnosed using a constellation of findings. On face value, your blood pressure readings and urine protein are not that concerning, however that is not the whole picture. As for the fluid, anytime there is suspicion of leakage vaginally that is not urine, there is certainly concern that the membranes are leaking and thus requires evaluation. Further, the amniotic fluid volume of 8.1 is near the lower limits of normal for your gestational age... Lynn
