Hi, I lost my mucus plug in the morning and at my 33 weeks appointment later the same day I was 50 % effaced , but not dilated at all. Midwife also said she could feel the baby's head, but it is not in the birh canal yet. Can I hope for an earlier delivery? My uterus measures 35 weeks. Thank you so much
