What are the risks when you have trichonomas and your are pregnant ? What are the safe treatments.

I am 6 wks pregnant and my best friend called me yesterday to tell me she had trichonomas, I had sexual intercourse with her on the 24th of June.

I'm worried for miscarriage or other complications.

Please help me. Thank you for your time.
