Kristine,

I just wanted to thank you for your very thankful response. It means so much to hear that others have gone through the same thing (my doctor has also been fairly unhelpful and matter of fact about things). It's also nice to have some idea of what to expect in the next few weeks. I wish you the best of luck with your pregnancy, hopefully I will be in the same position soon!!
