What would be likely to be more helpful in treating either vestibulitis or scar tissue - topical estrogen or clobetasol? Both were prescribed to me for the same problem by different doctors. I've been applying the estrogen cream for a month and it seems to be helping. Don't they have opposite effects on tissue and wouldn't clobetasol "undo" the good that the estrogen has done so far? I'm going for a third opinion, but in the meantime I'm pretty confused.
