I'm 7 weeks pregnant and inadvertently took too many Tylenols when I was miserably sick the other day. I took 8 extra-strength over a period of 18 hours or so. I was just so feverish and dazed, I didn't realize that I was taking too much. From what I gather, the biggest issue with Tylenol is potential liver damage (to mom), but I'm still worried- is there any evidence that this might hurt my baby's developing liver or anything else? Please advise.
