Take it easy. First of all, you did it so early that this fits the "all
or none phenomenon" we've discussed on the forum so frequently that I
refer you to the archives.
This all occured BEFORE organ formation so no deformities of the kind
you are thinkinf of will be at any increased risk.
Now, stop binge drinking in pregnancy AND after. Let's set a good
example for the kids you're going to have. :-)
