I have a tipped uterus as well. I have heard the "lie on your stomach" thing. I have seen doctors range from saying that this makes no difference whatsoever to saying that it might make a small difference in women who have conception difficulties. If it helps, I was always on my back and it only took 2 cycles to get pregnant. I also had sex every day instead of the every other day approach. Good luck
