ovul. way too fast after D&C, can I get pregnant? Is it OK to try?

I had a D&C for a blighted ovum pregnancy on Wed. 5 days ago. The day prior to the D&C the u/s tech said that my left ovary had at least 7 follicles in it and it was big.

Last night I feel like I ovulated because all day I was hurting all till late night. Today I noticed mucous, stretchy with some pink blood in it.

Is there any chance I can try to get pregnant and do now, this early? Is there endometrial lining this early for a baby to be able to attach?

I am supposed to be on pelvic rest for 2 weeks but I don't want to. I feel like I can have intercourse and not be hurt. Why do I have to wait? Is there chance for infection?
